Two Gauges?

We haven&#8217t had a railroad mystery for a even though. These women are at the east facet of the OR&N Co. mainline railroad bridge across the Hood River.  You  can see the again of the big Fashion Garage Developing at the east conclude of Oak Road to the still left.  There are evidently two sets of monitor for various gauges of railroad.  Can any individual demonstrate?  Circa 1919.
